Jean-Sébastien Fecteau (born May 7, 1975 in Thetford Mines, Quebec) is a Canadian pair skater. He teamed up with partner Utako Wakamatsu in 2002. Earlier, he competed with Valerie Saurette. He announced his retirement from competitive skating on April 24, 2007.[1]
